I wrote a review of MI Supplies back in April based on my very positive experience of having some embroidery artwork created (free of charge, by the way!) for what was at that time an upcoming, small order. There were some changes to my employment (change of alliance, therefore logo) which meant I did not go ahead with the order. I picked up the baton again a week or so ago and placed a small order for Mascot polo shirts to be embroidered with new, separate logos. Well, did I make a hash of the instruction or what?. I put the team (Sheryl and Mike) to so much effort thru' my own incompetence. I have, however, been on the receiving end of politeness, professionalism and patience. This company prides itself on stocking high quality goods at reasonable prices . The difference is that they do it with a personal touch that is prompt, friendly and without quibble . Amazing - best out there . Thank you

I’d rather by my Carhartt gear from these guys than buying directly from Carhartt themselves, quick delivery, good prices and actual customer care.

Following a poor review from myself due to my order not arriving, I’ve since had communication from Alex and his team and received a good level of service. I understand that emails weren’t received which led to a breakdown of communication. This has now been cleared up and MI Supplies have made good efforts to resolve the issues (which appear not to be the fault of MI Supplies). Thanks for sorting it.

I recently bought a new Carhartt chore coat from this company. The price was spot on because there was 40% discount on it. I can't fault the garment or packaging. Nor can I fault the website or its ease of use, everything was grand.
My only wee gripe is the time taken from ordering to delivery. It took 7 days which seems like a bit of a stretch for a big outfit like MI. I usually get my Carhartt work gear from America, it takes 10 days! It was only because of the discount that I ordered from UK. Anyway I docked one star off the rating because of it. Yes I would recommend the company and I will use them again.

I bought a pair of FS008 Amblers Safety Boots with side zip June 21 and after 6 months a heel started to disintegrate. I reported this to MI Supplies and after receiving my pictures of the offending boot sent me replacement boots by return. This is customer service at it's best and I cannot recommend MI Supplies enough. I will need to search no further when a replacement pair are required. Cheers to all concerned.

What an excellent service! People who genuinely really care, I made a mistake on my delivery date and contacted them to ask where my new boots were and they couldn't have been more personable and helpful if I'd dreamt it! They were very diplomatic to my error too and didnt even call me a gonk! These guys will be my go to for any workwear I need for lorry driving from now on. Many thanks!

Bought a pair of boots Helly Hansen , great service and superb quality.
Never again cheap boots, you get what you pay for and with this occasion I chose to pay for quality. Perfect fit size 8 and very comfy.

This quality is insane, after 2 days and the boots are taking the shape of my foot.
I have to say after 20 years in construction industry, this boots are the best , next boots Helly Hansen composite.
A massive thank you, the best 80 quid spend ever.

MI Supplies Limited: Order Confirmation #141098 (WEB141098)

Ordered a pair of boots 14th Feb that came with a £4.99 delivery charge. Now 21st Feb and still no sign of this order even being dispatched.

Have emailed asking for an update, was told the boots are in a different warehouse from them and assured they would look into getting an update on this and get back to me today which has not yet happened (Why not just track down the order and get an update before responding to my email assuring me an update would be forthcoming?)

Have since emailed again, again asking for an update and a refund of the delivery charge. £4.99 delivery would be next day with any other company, not what is unfortunately now looking like what will be 2+ weeks before receiving anything, if anything arrives at all at this rate!

Very poor service and would not do business with this company again

Can't fault this company, recently refunded a pair of Work boots (I had forgot about), 364 days after original order date!!!
Claire is a great asset to the company.

Made appointment, called in. Met Alex and Neil who both provided excellent service. Great range of Carhartt work wear. Just can’t fault their attitude and commitment. Nothing was an issue - Top Class.

Having used MI supplies on a number of occasions for both workwear and casual, I can honestly say that they come highly recommended. The stock they get is excellent, the dispatch timescales are excellent and their customer service is top notch! I am I planning a trip down to the store soon which I have been told is brilliant as well!!
